Note for all rooms: There is a $50 per day incidental hold.In the event of individual cancellations, each reservation must be cancelled within 48 hours before day of arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one (1) night stay plus taxes.

Reservations must be made by February 11, 2026. After this date, the LLA rate cannot be guaranteed. Any cancellations occurring on or after 02/27/2026 will result in a 100% charge for original rooms booked. Fees will be charged to the individual credit cards on file.
Hampton Inn by Hilton – Lake Charles LA
Complimentary Breakfast offered daily.
Reservations must be made by February 11, 2026. After this date, the LLA rate cannot be guaranteed. Individual Call-In Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Major Credit Card, which shall be supplied at the time of reservation. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one (1) night stay plus taxes.

Payment must be made in full and received no later than March 1, 2026. Payments will be accepted in the form of checks, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.

Cancellations
All sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing to LLA@amigos.org at least 30 days before the first day of the conference. The last day to receive a full refund is Thursday, February 5th, 2026. There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all refunds.
EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
The Louisiana Library Association retains the right to refuse or reject
exhibitors/sponsors at its sole discretion. The Louisiana Library Association reserves
the right to alter locations of exhibitors or booths shown on the floor plan or dimensions of the booths, if deemed to be in the best interest of the exhibition. The contract is subject to all rules and regulations of the Association and to all conditions under which space at Lake Charles Event Center has been made available to the Louisiana Library Association. Exhibitors agree to abide by all applicable fire, utility, and building codes. This instrument contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the rights herein granted and the obligations herein assumed, except as otherwise provided in this instrument. The laws of the State of Louisiana shall govern this agreement.
